Those sort of complaints, I never get. Some people can't take a loss in OTC. They turn around filing to SEC. If they are lucky, then SEC will shut down MSEZ. That is worst than P&D b/c that person just wipe out everyone who hold MSEZ.

I never get that. Leave emotion behind. Can't take a loss, then don't trade in OTC where it's the riskiest trading market.
