I just called Kool Tel America (1-888-898-0850) and told them that "I was thinking about subscribing to their monthly service, but I read that the company was going to merge with another company, and I was concerned that such a merger might increase the cost of my monthly charges ..." AND I WAS TOLD THE FOLLOWING:

"Sir, that merger won't affect KoolTel America charges. The merger with that other company involves Kool Telecommunications. Lots of other people have been calling, and that's about Kool Telecommunications."

AND THERE YOU HAVE IT, PEEPS. ADDITIONAL CONFIRMATION THAT THE DEAL IS ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Isn't that bad news? Kool Tel America WILL NOT be involved with the merger if it actually transpires. That cuts revenues that would have been expected for ASYI. And if that is true I wonder if Andrews other KOOL companies are all set up independently as to not effect each other if one goes under. Quite the bombshell you just dropped William.
