If all the previous sell orders of APII shares have been cancelled by the BDs where is the hierarchy of ask prices coming from?

I think that the hierarchy is intact, meaning that all the buy/sell orders who were entered in the quote book on the last day APII traded are still listed, they're just being trade-frozen due the CUSIP change, but the dept in bid/ask was still there.

once again I can sell my shares so if Im low seller I set the price MMs only reflect what someone has for sale or willing to buy, provided of course that AON orders need not be displayed
