I didn't misunderstand or question your previous post about Carmil. What I was questioning in my inquiry is if the Carmil / IHAI play is still likely. The reason is when I read the following, I was wondering if Winter may be heading in another direction with this shell OR is this old news. Hopefully, it's old news!
