The reason being is because they themselves are trying to hype the stock up so they can sell before the R/S. It is the most typical thing in penny world. You have got to be slow not realize that investing your money into this company is throwing it down the drain.

Agreed, they have driven the stock into the ground, will R/S, as indicated in their filings, than issue more shares, thus crushing all who own stock now. It is criminal

I don't think it will take that long. This company doesn't care about it's share holders. I am embarrassed to say that I lost substantially. For me it don't matter anymore. I would however like to see Richard Pierce in a jail cell.
