Why would it be unethical. Prob the smartest thing he could do, considering pps is not reacting to all the good news and filings over past couple months.
I still don't understand the advantage for shareholder's when the CEO buys back company stock with his own money. It doesn't reduce the float as far as I know. The shares aren't being retired. I need more understanding. Anyone?
