I think Roy made not have had complete control of BRAVO. I'm really not familliar with the company. I do know that the CEO can be over ruled on decisions by a majority of the Board Of Directors. He may have wanted to do some things a little different but was over ruled by the BOD. Like I said, I'm not familiar with that company so I'm not going to speculate, other than what I've said already. I do think so far that Roy is headed in the right direction and this will be one of the few companies that actually break out of the penny stock mold and do something big!
