Thanks to Henning anyone who invested is screwed. Especially the folks who received preferred shares. They got stuck with this piece of crap at $0.50/share.
7 months plus at .0001 with no real activity. I think this one, and Henning Morales are dead. With his history of swindles I can't believe anyone would give him money.
The fake buyout, Cannes, etc.etc. SEC was investigating on the fake buyout. Don't know where the investigation left off, but I am sure he can not make a public move.
