Under most cases I would never respond to such an accusation. But this is so blatant, until I must respond to this. We have successfully launched our television network and millions of people tune into it every day and we are very proud of that. We have managed to secure sponsors such as Dish Network, Lane Bryant, Nordic Trac, ADT Security, Cash for Gold and many others whom have found our services professional and it help them to reach there marketing goals.

We are not hiding from anyone, nor or we ducking and hiding. I made the decision as the CEO to move our company to a location that would allow us to be successful. We have never had an office in Redlands California, and you may check with the State of California to verify that we incorporated in the State of California in the City of San Bernardino which we are very proud of and this is public record.

I made the decision as the CEO to move our office to a location that allowed us to connect to our satellite transponder at a price that company could afford. I make no apologies for moving our company.

If you are a producer that has a show or a show idea. We now have a procedure that will allow you to submit a show for it to be reviewed. Visit our website and follow the submission procedures. It takes awhile for your shows to be reviewed as we have a full roster of programming now.

When it comes to our investors, we maintain the strict confidence of the people that invest in the company. As of this point have only three investors, and just for your FYI most of the investment dollars in the company have come from my own pocket and I have spent millions of dollars to get here.

The economy around the world has been in a recession and almost a depression that has had an impact on large corporations and a double impact on small corporations like ours. Our company is managing to hold on during these tough times with the support of our staff, our clients and our venders.

If these accusations were true the network would not be able to maintain our level of success.

I wouldn't. Did you read the CEO response? Hell try to get a hold of them if you don't feel good about it. And if you do not get a hold of them or you have to leave a message don't flip out. We have a bid in. It's not even accepted as far as I can tell. Also, Steve would be takin over which seems like a great deal. The guy is so driven I don't see this working out poorly no matter what way it goes down.

last Friday after the intent to purchase punch TV came out, one of my coworkers said the exact same thing....it's a scam...ooga booga. I went to the same ripoff report page while he was standing there, and put in the name of the fortune 500 company we both work at, and got complaints/scams....etc about our legit billion dollar company. From what i've seen in the past, most of the remarks on sites like that are from disgruntled workers with some kind of grudge, and just looking to hurt the company. I take no value in that report on punch TV at all.

Cease and Desist order by Punch TV CEO a couple weeks ago publicly calling BS to several vicious bloggers! YES! Thank you Mr. Collins - cause I remember some bashers on this Board using this blog page as an attack in early May before his reply. Also the intial blogs were from 2010 and early 2011 - and as is said in one of the replies if you cant have patience with a start-up company with a vision - good luck to you!:

Punch TV Network is currently on the air and growing. Yet, you are engaging in defamation of character both personally and corporately and you are liable for your actions. Punch TV Network has now retained an attorney who is preparing to seek a civil claim for damages in the amount of $600,000.00 for each instance for any losses incurred by your attacks.

That is cause your security system hasn't updated it yet! Mine works fine! Other words, it is better to be safe than sorry! They did it with mine a few different new stuff, now the internet security has it in thier data base, I run security scan and live updates, the stuffs comes clean through, cause thier data base now knows where it is from, and record say it is safe! Then viola! Videoes!
