The title of their PR is quite odd imo though. "Lodgenet Healthcare names six exceptional industry leaders as charter members on newly formed advisory board".
To me adding "exceptional industry leaders" adds a bit of desperation to it. Almost like a pump to get the share price up. When Tivus released the PR of Truckenmiller joining, the headline was simple and to the point and the article itself provided background info on Truckenmiller.
What does it mean? I don't know, that's for others to figure out, just sharing our biggest competitors newest PR. They're making some changes that could be relevant to Tivus considering the fact that ST has joined the TIVU Team and Scott Peterson's stepping down as CEO of LNET. I think everything matters at this point, it's all speculation bud.
