His primary interest is to protect the co. best interest. yes this also includes shareholders. Also, knowing what is going on here he's a "strategist" lest not forget this. He's all about opportunity and strategy. So if he didn't release the PR he has great reason not to contrary to some of you who may think it is a wrong move. I'm not taking sides. I'm just stating an opinion. :-)
