strange because usually when someone with that many shares wants to sell nite will sell for them and keep the price propped up so they can sell for high as possible...this was just a lambasting

According to Etrade he was selling between May 14th and May 20th

So that means he was selling starting the day the payment was due.

So Caps why does it say he registered the shares on 5/29 after he sold them?

Sure a 144 is a planned sale but then shouldn't the registration date be well before the May 14th date.

Strange considering that Dr. IMO was privy to what was going on with Chang or at least knowing they were going to be in default.
