yah, if .04 is broke she'll be testing the original .055-.06 highs
imo ICPA could easily be there by thur....

churning in the .038's is very healthy here on this resistance level...this has been a real block for this stock and if/when icpa closes over it, she'll run to the next stop...if thur goes well ...BLUE SKIES....
