ICPA has been tempting me for a while now with its beautiful chart

-this is the 5th time icpa has tested the resistance on the .038 range since the initial run over..

-healthy support trading range .032

-solid bottom support .0275- .03 range(THE DAYZ OF CHEAP SHARES IS GONE)


ICPA now has the DD to MOMO over the resistance level here this time..any more pr's or thur is great she'll be runnin blue sky breakout post thursday imo
