Absolutely. Buying and selling pressure (e.g. determination) is the key. I just hate to hear people place blame based on false notions of good/bad. By the way, I have rarely seen large short positions be wrong. Shorts do their homework, while most long positions are entered into unknowingly based on pure emotion. I hope that I am wrong about DMND shorts, but if I am its my fault and not the fault of traders on the other side.

Anyone selling now is taking loss, except for shorts, but I cannot fathom short selling at this price. IMO there is some panic here and people are taking loss. I am even considering it, but I don't want to take a loss on 6000 shares. I also think people are making adjustments based on restatement that will soon be announced, and they are rethinking their position and do not have the guts to stay in pending outcome. In the end, this company is still a good company and, even if restatements are really bad, it opens up opportunity for buyout.

There is also no news out today that would cause this drop.
