I don't think that's a possibility... I'm not well versed on the intricacies of certifying banned free substances as set forth by the USADA.. But I would be willing to bet that a supplement company can not create a new standard..

The certifying is only as big a deal as it is because it's a 3rd party and everything is tested away from the facility in which it was made..

I could see MP producing in house in an NSF-GMP approved facility but not certifying itself or others..
