Conjures up a great visual: Dan3, mas, etc. on the stand with black hoods over their heads to protect their on-line identities to be protected post-trial in an AMD witness protection program. They will be given passposts and relocated to Dresden with a stipend.

Not working directly in the cpu industry I have not seen anything firsthand but the evidence in the Japanese FTC case looks pretty cut and dried to me. Of course Intel and its employees have a different outlook on this ;-).
