The Tmob case filings should be picking up from here on, with some 3 deadlines in July and Aug as well as the Markman Hearing on 10 Sep. That will be the biggy. Who knows if the dates will remain as is, but with Tmob wanting to get this thing moving (ha, ha) maybe the judge won't allow any changes. I'll say it "Judge keep these people on track, they've had years already, let's git er done."
