You certainly have a wealth of information at your finger tips which is great but what scares me just a little is that i can't help but get the impression that you know a lot more than you are actually saying! ie The optimistic view that you paint of Chad (including the map of the assets) is more designed to bring us in for a softer landing when the veil is pulled on the JDZ ? No offence intended and i welcome any denials.
