No, the company is gone - Absorbed by it's creditor(s) is my understanding. But perhaps stockmavin can provide more detail. My million(s) of shares turned into 4 shares through reverse splits a long time ago. Sorry.

Trust me, I did not just get wise about these types of stocks overnight. I learned my lesson the hard way (including this one)just like you did. Got caught in scams, hype and horrible RSs.

Unfortunately, there is really nothing left to this company. The only thing of value that this company ever "had" went back to Eric due to non-payment. The only thing that ADSV had left was their fingerprint capture system that was not a big hit and they did not have enough units out there to make it viable.

I believe that Shupin abandoned ship and is now a realtor in FL. Not sure where Michael Pelligrino is now. They also changed their corporate address to P.O. Box 809, Manasquan, New Jersey 08736. New phone number is 904-794-1111 which is a FL number has some association with some band called Slip Disc that has some connection to Gary Bouchard who is ADSV's Director of Development/Technical Services.

That is about all I have. I might be in the Wall, NJ area this week and if my schedule allows, I will try to swing by the old address and see what is there if anything.
