After this item was first posted couple weeks ago, STC, a consensus seems to have emerged here that Upstream's Barry Morgan was simply teasing, playing catch up, and rehashing Ntephe's earlier statement.
If they did bail you can be sure we would be the last know. However the share price is not indicating that they have left yet unless someone is running the price up a little before they begin the serious selling.
