I took your advice and am now researching Kool tel on the internet. This is the first link I found from Bloomberg that gives an overview of Kooltel dated today.

'linked in" profile of some senior software developer that works at Kool tel (I know this is not incontrovertible proof of anything)

Well MEATHEAD,,it seems KOOLTELL is ligit and a very CURRENT company..Mr. Erdenebayer Dambasuren - "SEnior Software Developer" was hired in 2010 and still under employment from KOOLTEL i.e.
ERDENEBAYAR DAMBASUREN - Senior Software Developer

Kool Telecom Ltd.

they are a fully functioning phone company. Having worked in tele most of my life, I can tell you that profits are big and overhead is low. Theyre offerings are available on the internet. I dont really see how you can come to the conclusion that they are not a real company. Also, every company in America has complaints. Phone companies are especially scrutinized by consumers due to the fact that all people feel they are being ripped off by phone companies. In my previous capacity as an employee of said phone companies, I was responsible to this type of information.

if they dont have even one real customer than how would they have fraud complaints. big hole in that logic.
