They authorized the shares on 05/16/12.

The SNDYites screamed, "No dilution they have cash for a year!".

SNDY started diluting 2 weeks later (05/30/12). So much for them having any cash brother!

In a week, they sold 5% of the half billion shares they created out of thin air. Will they sell another 5% this week jack? They sure do seem to need the money. Must be payday.

How long till the new shares are gone?

How long till they R/S?

How long till they authorize more?

How long till SNDY is .0005 again?

We're not denying any of that. Right now the PPS speaks for itself. It will continue to erode unless we have a cataclysmic event!! IMO
