What are you going to say bad about Dr. Walsh and Dr. Gold for abandoning Moro and RECAF?

Walsh bought $10,000 in stock when he came aboard the company via a loan from Moro. I think he has lost that money don't you?

What about Smithline? That loan now has unrefutably had the terms changed to equal the terms of the Asher loan. Why do you think Moro has not disclosed a material event of a change in terms of Smithlines loans to "death spiral" conversion?
