Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) like Rosetta's don't currently require FDA approval or clearance. They are regulated under something known as CLIA.

that has been my assumption...cleared in any way if medicare approved, just wondered what was the deal with Pathway, since one thing they have is "cleared" and another is not. bull will probably know.
