"Goodnight" is a good way to put it. Sounds like they have one company willing to risk a fourth of the 2M they are searching for IF another company is willing to match that.

Good to hear they are refraining from making any expansion decisions until/when/if/maybe/could be/possibly/someday this is put in to place. lol

They have been "looking" for financing (now being called "contemplated re-financing" since last summer and this is all they can dig up??
