Excuse me but All the information I have is the same information you have.
As far as taking off, stocks move when there are filings and news and the last time this moved there were filings to move it at the time. Yes the filings then are significant as they clearly show this is headed to a reverse merger.
Now as far as the date of the next filings and new information, last I checked that has to be done by the company and insiders.
Now as far as value this stock is doing excellent now and takes patience in the time we wait.
Now if you consider the price is solidly up since the filing of the change of hands then I feel it is doing excellent.
