Got cha, you just had me puzzled for a moment. PCFG will (if it goes down) will be too quickly for a mental stop loss to kick in. It is a win or lose proposition IMHO. I am betting on survival 1.75% of my portfolio. Some may think that is smaller than it is, some may think it is larger. Matters not.
