where did you come up with this?

I think it's more of a competence issue than anything else.

They are no longer certified to be used in any professional sports. And it looks like the NSF bent over backwards to accommodate them and Musclepharm couldn't step up to the plate.

I bet the Lambo they (we) bought Rampage would have paid for the certification expenses many times over.

Hanging out with the NSF staff isn't nearly as cool as hanging out with Rampage.
