LOL! My gosh, you just love to push blame right to the Pres..........forget that the local govt knew they have a huge emergency, forget that they should have HAD some type of large scale evac plan.......and ON and ON.........naaaaaaa, just blame Bush how gave FEMA FULL Authority to move quickly on this....but on MANY levels the garbage of approvals etc got in the way.
