IMO CDOC's real value is in the proprietary technology that they own and proven in the field. See the last PR on Echoscope and the Deep BV project. If CDOC is one of a couple (and they may be the only one) offering this type of technology, that makes them very valuable as a partner or (IMO, more likely) as an acquisition candidate. I'm using Buffet philosophy here, find companies that own the market, and to me right now they are a clear leader in several areas.
If financial folks are running the show right now they are doing a good job showing the high end, exclusive technology that CDOC brings to the table. My company is owned by bean counters who know zero about our business other than the P/L. Doesn't make us a bad business.
