I hope it does...I really do like the potential VPER has, it's just so weird it is being avoided like the plague. Everything is here that an investor wants. good chart, good news, good upside and direction, yet not enough people are interested in it. it even ends up in the red on big news days more times than it doesn't. That's just plain weird any way you slice it.
