yaknow...it's people like you that we have to feel sorry for because you are a few cards short a deck. that's ok. We understand not everyone can be smart. So to help you along. I suggest like tut suggested to e-mail IR yourself. Maybe if you looked into things enough -since you seem so resourceful. Which I am finding confusing only because of your disability that you stay off here until you get your facts together and actually attempt at making an intelligent statement with fats to back it up..until then maybe you should also do a little reading to help you along.. we have classes for that too! :-)
