The meat of what is in that report, namely the strong signals they are seeing in two subgroups, was previously publicly disclosed by management during CCs

Exactly. What was not disclosed was exactly what the two subgroups are. I'm virtually certain mKRAS is one, but the other is up for grabs.

Why exactly the company made this disclosure rather than just waiting to release the top line data is somewhat unclear to me. They clearly though the decision to move to the next phase is material and they also want to be able to discuss the new trial with docs at ASCO, so maybe that was the motivation.
