Hey wallas, yesterday while looking at BioPharm in different places, one of the sites described BFAR as a holding company. From the looks of it, right now it seems that there is nothing to hold.
So what happens when I present some information--everyone says that it doesn't matter and that everyone will be rich as soon as the 10Qs and 10Ks are filed.
Let's be realistic. If Mr. Han, who seems to be holding all the cards, is not a crooked and unscrupulous individual I am sure he would have more sense than he does now by failing in every single aspect of running a publicly listed company. Can't seem to be able to afford paying for a legal firm in the US; can't pay auditors in the US;can't even maintain a Website for the holding company; can't issue a truthfull PR; can't even use his name to identify who is making a particular statement; can't even afford a public relation company in the US that can be contacted (as all other Chinese pinky companies do).
ONE MORE QUESTION: WHO IS GOING TO FILE ANY OF THE SEC DOCUMENTS THROUGH THE EDGAR SYSTEM WHEN THAT SPECIAL DAY COMES. Don't you think it would be a good idea to find right now a good legal firm that can handle those filings? All the words in those filings are always reviewed by an attorney who specializes in this type of work. If I remember it well, our friend loupai was the the last person who ever contacted some attorney that was being used at one time and who wasn't being paid for his services! Right!
