I almost always say its the company or someone the company gave shares for services rendered. Its about 15000 at .0001, so who knows for sure. Your guess is as good as any!?!

Could be a large buyer that hit the ask, but they sold them to the buyer at a 5th digit price to hold it at .0001. They did it to me yesterday.
