And Marchi is now out of the picture with the filing from otcmarkets having been pulled a few weeks after it was filed, we've been over this already. Now we're just waiting for the Nevada SOS filings to make it official...

yeah, it's news to me too.

And not what I posted. I specifically said no company with a promising future would merge with AIMH without an RS.

Marchi only agreed to merge his "gadjets" business with a 1:300 RS.

No company is going to give away a huge % of ownership to an empty shell like AIMH.
