The fact that nothing has happened for months is a sign that such companies don't exist.

So the days of reverse mergers are over? I guess all shells are in trouble, then. That's news to me...

"The fact that nothing has happened for months" is a sign that Mr. Bruce Barton (Mr. 51%) and whoever else is involved with him are very slow at getting simple tasks done. Not that no company wants to R/M with AIMH. They're sitting on a "gold mine" shell, they just need to realize that and take care of the necessary steps to get AIMH into a positon to complete a R/M.

I'm sure once they finally get the first NVSOS filings out and get the ball rolling then more light will be shed on AIMH's future. Right now they just need to get the filings done. I'm sure they will do them, I just don't know why it has taken almost 4 months to get them done.
