New Trading Symbol of NOUV

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 30, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Nouveau Life
Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NOUV) completed a corporate action to change its name from
Hybrid Fuels, Inc. The name change was approved by FINRA and became effective on
May 22, 2012. The trading symbol for the Company was also changed from HRID to
NOUV.

The name Nouveau Life Pharmaceuticals more clearly represents the Company's
business focus of developing nutraceuticals and all-natural supplements. The
Company recently developed a strategic plan to aggressively expand its signature
