Yes, huge volume is huge $. How else does it get in? A stock fairy? Big money will buy near where ever the bottom is (wherever they agree to do funding) to ensure they can cover the price of funding + make a profit. Price doesn't have to move with huge volume. The price can be maintained by wash trading. Those are anomalies people should pay attention to in OTC stocks. Huge volume with no price movement.

I am also thinking about whole situation. It is company who has shares to sell or the people to whom shares are given by company.
some are mentioned in last Q report. but some body is buying as we can see from big volume days.
price has not moved yet
I can think of only two reasons
1 - inexperienced accumulator/s, who are not realizing that they need to do some thing beside acumulation( buy run )to make it move.
2- it can be part of strategy of accumulator/s to drain the bigger compitition in the run( the company, or those people given shares by company ) 1st
once they they are satisfied that compitition is knocked out, they will move to buy the run.
but you are right, it can`t be held long or else accumulator/s may loose the game.
