If the authorities make the MM.s buy back the shares...
If they did it would be the first time in history, that I know of. However, as far as I can tell the SEC isn't even investigating this stock. It was simply one of many inactive shells that the SEC suspending in an effort to prevent hi-jacking. I'm just wondering how long it will be until FINRA deletes the ticker due to inactivity.
