If I actually click the link it does not appear to be as you opine. Also, where was it an assumption? I think it was excellent DD. Taking the time to perform actual research on APII/WAFR is quite useful to those who may be considering an investment. facts, pos or neg are alweays a good thing.

Also, available on the link in question, is this comment which encourages anyone who has evidence of more accurate numbers to please put it forward. Please share any evidence of errors in any of their statistics of which you are aware with us?
