They may or may not have the same lawyer . They seem to pick and chose what information they update on pinksheets . They did not change # of people working there from when it was black art . So since they did not pay the lawyer to file a letter when they did the end of the year (late) even if the same old lawyer is still listed does not mean they are still thier lawyer . They still have a link to the old web site that is no longer active So it's hard to believe anything they say . I hope they prove to be better at running a company then they are at posting and filing.
