They wouldn't be the first. GREED is the root of all evil.

Whoah,,,SCAM!! Consider what you're saying. Do you really think CBIS, is willing to scam you, at the sake of the welfare of humanity??? Do you realize how profoundly evil that would be? I don't like fluff PRs, either. In the USA, cannabis is FED. illegal, you know that. You know that it's a rocky road. Don't lose your faith.

I never said it was a "scam", and yes that was my point about the BIG PICTURE

Pullux-I'm not quite ready to sell my shares yet, and thought that too was clearly stated in my post.

I believe what I said was:

This would be a shame if this turns out to be a scam as some have been saying, especially with what the big picture is and what is at stake.

I'm not to the point that I believe that yet, but I'm close.

If you haven't gone back and read the PR's from 2009 then it will be difficult to understand or see the pattern. Albeit it's a good thing they have been somewhat following through with their current pattern of press releases, that appear like marketing and products are coming together. The fact remains that they didn't have much of a choice in paying their debt off with shares, and that was my point to the immediate time...that someone has been unloading shares. Those that were paid in shares don't need to register with the SEC when selling those shares. If you look at the amount of shares that were issues and at what PPS, you will find that they can more than double their value. This w/o having to sell them all. It's all in their filings for anyone to see.
