I dont think people are saying that on purpose so they can get it cheaper but people just like makin up stuff about any stock or they are scared.. Right now it is stuck in a consolidation .. above 1.6 is the buy signal below 1.37 and watch out...right now its more of a gambling territory. Sure you can make more gains holding if it happens to break but its far more risky. Either way there was manipulation in the form of VFIN holding it up today.
