#12015 RE: I-Glow #12014

so your are trying to say that because the CEO decided to pursue a different type of business venture but in the same aspect shares many similarities i.e. internet/web based and products sold via web, this makes AMWI a scam? so if the guy who mows my lawn wants to go from cutting grass to owning a nursery, by your logic must mean his nursery is only a front for criminal activity. Oh, here is a little known statistic too, an estimated 75% of college students in the first two years of studies are unsure of what degree they wish to pursue and end up ultimately changing career/education paths. This very well could be the same idea for JG.
As far as the "e-marketing" connection, they are a separate business entity, so the CEO who previously dealt with them through his first company, established a good rapport, wishes to continue business with the e-marketing team on other new business ventures, oh yeah i can certainly smell the stench of scam/shell from here (sarcasm included.) listen george, sounds like you have nothing left and are now just pulling at strings. Pretty sad when the best your argument gets, is when you use a companies "Facebook like" for two separate companies ran by the same person. FYI, if you had any knowledge of how businesses are run, you would know that before an agreement or joint venture is publicly announced, that negotiations were in the works months maybe even years before the public announcement. company heads dont just wake up one day, tell themselves they are making a deal with another company and poof by 5 pm that day the deal is done and announced publicly. Do you even know the likely hood of two companies agreeing on the same terms and having a contractual agreement signed the same day? lets just say it is extremely unheard of.

one last thing, you and other AMWI conspiracist keep saying sub penny soon, but yet we have yet to see sub penny trade prices. perhaps you can give a rough most likely inaccurate false idea of the time frame, given that AMWI will be officially open as of the 12th. and maybe you could possibly explain to me the reasoning behind still thinking this is a shell, and explain how or why a fake company, would A. actively market products, B. announce joint ventures, purchase other legitimate companies and hire many employees legitimately and put on a payroll that is registered with current IRS regulations. IMO if i hade a fake company i would rather pump a fake product, than actually advertise it, hire people and buy other legit businesses, but thats just me. my common sense says cut your losses try to spend as little money as possible so i wouldnt come out upside down on a fake company debt vs. profit. but hey, not everyone in america has the same common sense i do.
