What do you do about taking STO into account?

I'm not sure what you're asking. The STO shown on that chart is part of Multple Time Frame analysis as shared by LG.

5,10,15,30,60 min & daily charts use STO with the same settings. There is more to it than that, but on the most basic level, when all STOs are overbought or oversold at the same time, you may be ripe for a turn.
