No question. $20 Billion over 10 years. Not sure how many companies involved. But since NCIT is minority owned, they should be able to get a sizeable chunk. I think what is important here is that this is new territory outside of the Department of Defense. More diversification across agencies is the real good news here IMO. GLTU
