Sure enough, besides Netgear which is in mot US homes by now, Blonder Tongue made the line amplifiers being used.

I thought the system at Philly was 100% IPTV. Why would BT line amps be needed if there is no RF to the rooms? Are you sure they weren't just left over from the legacy equipment?
