I just want them to finalize this deal with HBRM once and for all. According to Steve W, Dr. Agnes has the term sheet, offer, in her hands and we are just waiting for her to confirm that with a PR and also waiting for her to approve the deal. He did also tell me, which I think I posted already, that the goal of the deal is for CHRI to become HBRM. Not sure how that will work for us.

Wall Street put a horrible stigma on about 95% of listed China stocks because of a few bad apples that were caught 2 - 3 years ago.
CHRI needs to find a Company to reverse merge into and if they don't then they should just go Private.Unless for some reason this China stigma gets lifted,if that's the case CHRI will run to Pluto.
